It  was the moment of happiness and sadness.

I strode across the snowy fields,white and wild.

I swam across  the river,deep and  wide.

Give me the clean blue sky over my head.

Give me the green turf beneath my feet.

Give me a winding mountain road.

Give me a three-minute walk after eating too much meet.

O  my  lord,

Life is thickly sown with thorns,

I know no other remedy than to pass quickly through them.

Naked came I into this world.

Naked must I go out.

这是荣耀的时代，这是羞辱的时代。这是幸福的时刻，这是伤感的时刻。我大步流星跨过白雪皑皑的旷野，涉过宽而深的河流。给我一片清朗蔚蓝的天空，给我一片青草茵茵的绿地，给我一条蜿蜒的山路，给我饭后三分钟的休憩。哦，上帝。生活中荆棘密布，除了从中穿过别无他法。我赤裸裸的来到世上，也将赤裸裸的离开。
