Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates Disable to use safe Made to remove or disable components,restarr your computer ,press F8 to select,Advanced startup Options ,and then select safe mode.

基本上是内存问题，少部分是主板问题，建议换内存试试

把内存的金手指拆下用橡皮擦一下，再装回即可！
