<P>我们公司也搞过好多这样的培训学习，但我总结一点：师傅领进门，修行在个人！关键还是靠自己，其实培训中说到的一些道理、工作方法，也许我们都知道，但就是做与不做、做好与做坏的问题，也就是执行力的问题。</P>
