<p><font color="#f70909" size="5"><strong>豪爵铃木钻豹HJ125-A的维修(过一下专家的瘾!)</strong></font></p><p><font color="#f70909" size="5"><font color="#000000">发动机维修</font></font></p><p>摩托车发动机,只有出现严重故障时才需要对其进行维修。豪爵·钻豹HJ125一A发动机的维修工作,一般是在豪爵摩托车特约维修站里完成。 街头的维修铺,还是不要寄予太高的希望。你我外行,更是不要一显身手。这些资料,全系网上,以供豹友阅览。</p><p>(一)发动机零件的拆卸 </p><p>&nbsp;发动机的内部零件一般不允许拆卸,实在需要检查、修理时,也只拆卸有故障部位的零件。最常见的是气门机构、活塞组零件需要修理。所以,发动机零件拆卸常指汽缸盖、汽缸体、活塞组等零件的拆卸。</p><p>1.汽缸盖、配气机构 </p><p>当检查发现发动机出现漏气故障,必须对配气机构进行拆卸、检查、维修时,才拆下汽缸盖、配气机构零件。</p><p>&nbsp;从缸体后侧拆卸正时链条张紧器,拆下火花塞和气门检查孔盖。取下左曲轴箱盖子上正时孔螺塞和端部孔螺塞,用)14的套筒扳手伸进曲轴箱盖中心孔内,反时针方向转动曲轴,从正时孔处观察,对准压缩上止点标记(拆卸必须在压缩上止点时进行)。 </p><p></p><p></p><p>拆卸发动机转速表轴套的安装螺钉,拔出转速表从动齿轮轴、轴套。 </p><p>拆卸缸盖罩上的螺栓(有球形凹坑的两个螺栓不拆出),取下缸盖罩。气门摇臂不必拆卸。 </p><p></p><p></p><p>打开凸轮轴链轮螺栓锁紧垫片,拆出链轮的安装螺栓,取出凸轮轴、正时链轮、定位销,注意用一根铁丝套住正时链条,以防滑落人曲轴箱。 </p><p></p><p></p><p>拆下正时链条张紧板螺栓,从汽缸盖中取出张紧板。</p><p>&nbsp;拆卸汽缸盖上螺母,用木锤轻轻地敲击进、排气管口(不能敲散热片,以免损伤散热片),使汽缸盖松动,然后平抬起汽缸盖,顺着缸盖螺栓方向取下汽缸盖和汽缸盖垫。</p><p>使用气门拆卸器(弓形专用工具)压缩气门弹簧,待气门杆头端露出弹簧座后,用镊子取出气门锁片,如图15所示。 </p><p>分别取下弹簧座、外弹簧和内弹簧,从燃烧室一侧抽出气门。</p><p>2.活塞组&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;拧下左曲轴箱上方汽缸体底部的安装螺母,用橡皮锤轻敲汽缸体,平直地抬起汽缸体并将其取下。仍用铁丝套好正时链条,防止滑落下去。</p><p>在曲轴箱的汽缸体安装平面上盖上一块干净布,防止拆卸活塞销时零件落入曲轴箱内。用尖嘴钳夹出活塞销挡圈,使用活塞销拆卸专用工具将活塞销从活塞中拉出来,取下活塞组件。</p><p>将活塞放置于平台上,头部朝上,用双手的四指握住活塞和活塞环的同时.两大拇指头(或活塞环钳)扣住第一道活塞环端口,慢慢用力使环口张开,待环的内径大于活塞外径时,双手(或活塞环钳)将第一道活塞环向上平抬起,即可拆下第一道活塞环。注意,不要让环口划伤了活塞外表面,也不要用力过猛损坏活塞。用同样的方法拆下第二道活塞环,然后从油环槽中分别拆除上片环、衬环、下片环。</p><p>(二)发动机零件硷查与维修 </p><p>1.汽缸盖、配气机构</p><p>(1)汽缸盖平面</p><p>在消除燃烧室外积碳并清洗后,检查汽缸盖安装平面的变形情况,将直尺置于检查平面的六个位置,用塞尺插入直尺与平面之间分别测量其间隙,即可判断平面的变形量。</p><p>如果其中有一处测得变形量大于极限值(O.10mm)则应报废,需更换新汽缸盖。若变形量小于极限值但又大于O.05mm。则可修理后再用。</p><p>汽缸盖平面变形修理,可将一张细砂纸平放于平台上,将汽缸盖平面置于砂纸上进行研磨。研磨时,双手均匀地压住缸盖上面,匀速地在砂纸上按“8”字形走向来回推磨。边磨边检查,直支测得变形量小于O.02~0.03mm为止。经推磨后还须用长油石(长度大于缸盖)加机油对缸盖平面再次进行抛光。</p><p>(2)气门机构</p><p>将清洗干净的气门插入气门导管中,让百分表量头接触气门头部,按X、Y两个垂直方向推动气门,测量 X、Y两个方向上的间隙,如图16所示。</p><p>若测得气门与气门导管之间间隔已超过极限值(O.35mm),还须进一步测量气门轩的直径,再决定是更换气门导管或气门,或者是经过修理.使它们之间的间隔达到标准值(进气门为0.025~O.052mm,排气门为0.040~0.067mm)。</p><p>①气门</p><p>用千分尺测量气门杆运动部位的直径,如图17所示。若直径小于极限值(进气门5.460mm,排气门5.445mm),则应同时更换进、排气门。</p><p>&nbsp;还要测量气门杆上锁片槽至杆端的长度,若已小于3.8mm,说明气门杆端过度磨损,也必须更换气门。</p><p>②气门导管 </p><p>若测得气门杆直径在极限值之内时,但气门与气门导管之间的间隔已超过极限值,则须更换气门导管。</p><p>拆卸气门导管前,先将汽缸盖放进热油盆中加热至100℃~150℃,取出后使用气门导管冲杆从燃烧室内侧冲打气门导管,将气门导管从汽缸盖上拆下来。</p><p>将气门导管和导管安装孔上都涂上机油,仍使用气门导管冲杆将气门导管从外侧面冲入汽缸盖,如图18(a)所示。注意使导管装入深度与原来相同,不得装人过多或过少。</p><p>&nbsp;气门导管安装好后,使用Φ5.5mm的铰刀铰削导管内孔,如
